Trajectory
A trajectory of structured programmes.
At the rare intersection between institutional programme piloting and the architecture of AI-augmented systems, I help organisations transform their public policies without endless dependency on vendors. Thirteen years spent structuring planning frameworks, coordinating multi-donor programmes and designing platforms for the OIF, the European Union, GIZ, AFD or the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have taught me a simple truth: value no longer emerges at the level of strategy or technique alone, but at their point of intersection. That is the point I know how to hold, from the steering committee through to operational deployment.
From Benin to Paris, via Belgium, I now serve the International Organisation of La Francophonie as Project Engineering Officer, after designing platforms for international donors and launching my own SaaS product. A path that taught me to design, specify and ship systems that last.

Refinement of the global logical framework, design and online deployment of the computerised system, training of operators (CPSC, Régie, MdSC, GIZ) and Technical Assistants.
