At the rare intersection between institutional programme piloting, the management of operational teams and the architecture of AI-augmented systems, I help organisations transform their public policies without endless dependency on vendors. Thirteen years spent structuring systems, bringing together multi-country teams around a common goal, training several dozen operators and designing platforms for the OIF, the European Union, AFD, GIZ, Swiss Cooperation, IRSC, Fondation Mérieux or the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have taught me a simple truth: value no longer emerges at the level of strategy or technique alone, but at their point of intersection. That is the point I know how to hold, from the steering committee through to operational deployment, including the direct management of teams.
From Benin to Paris, via Belgium, I now serve the International Organisation of La Francophonie as Project Engineering Officer, after designing platforms for international donors and launching my own SaaS product. A path that taught me to design, specify and ship systems that last.
