── Context
As part of a consulting mission for IBF International Consulting, I was responsible for designing and deploying the monitoring and evaluation tools for a European Union-funded development programme involving partners in Belgium and West Africa.
── Challenge
Designing two distinct platforms each tailored to the specific needs of their users, coordinators, donors and implementing partners, while ensuring interoperability and compliance with OECD-DAC donor reporting standards.
── Approach
- 01Methodological framing: refinement of the overall logical framework, definition of indicators and targets.
- 02Design of two dedicated web platforms adapted to the skill levels of field users.
- 03OECD-DAC aligned architecture for multi-donor reporting: indicators, outputs, outcomes and impact.
- 04Training of operators (CPSC, Régie, MdSC) and Technical Assistants in person and remotely.
- 05User documentation and change management support.
── Results
Both platforms were deployed and adopted across all programme stakeholders. Operator training enabled quick uptake and autonomous use from the first months.
